2023 年 8月23日，德国科隆游戏展期间，由网易游戏主办的“游戏无界”2023年网易游戏发布会在德国科隆会展中心召开，公布了包括《永劫无间》、《燕云十六声》等在内的多款游戏的海外新计划，并邀请业界人士共同探讨全球游戏产业的发展与交流合作。

　　本次发布会上，中国驻杜塞尔多夫副总领事黄瑛发表致辞，她强调，网易游戏致力于将世界文化元素融入中国游戏，又通过中国游戏将中华文化风采推广给全球玩家，打造了中国游戏产业的高地。此外，包括网易在内的越来越多的中国游戏企业正在探索与世界各国开展更多技术创新合作的机会。通过游戏，我们超越文明的隔阂，相互学习，共同发展。游戏无界，文明无疆。

　　Good afternoon !

　　很高兴参加今天的游戏无界－2023网易游戏发布会。我代表中国驻杜塞尔多夫总领馆对大家的到来表示热烈欢迎。

　　It is a real delight to join you at theNetease Games release Conference-Games unbounded.On behalf of the Chinese Consulate General, let me begin by extending a warm welcome to Mr. Yang Fang, Mr.Wang YI,Netease_team and all guests

　　接下来，我主要讲三点：

　　On this occasion, I’d like to focus my speech on 3 aspects.

　　第一，游戏是第九艺术

　　I.The Ninth Art

　　大家是否知道，游戏被称为“音乐、绘画、雕塑、诗歌”等八大艺术之外的第九大艺术。德国大文豪歌德曾经说过：每种艺术形式的终极使命都是通过幻象创造出最真实的景象。网络游戏恰恰在这一领域具有得天独厚的优势，它结合了视觉、听觉等元素。更重要的是，游戏独一无二、最具魅力地方正是在于：人们参与其中、创造其中、乐在其中。

　　Today more and more people are fond of digital games, but only few people know that game is widely accepted as the ninth art.

　　As Johann Wolfgang von Goethe once said, every art forms’ ultimate mission is to creat the most actual illusion through phantoms. And online games have just made the biggest step towards it, because it combines graphics, audio etc. and most importantly, your participation.

　　网易游戏近年来取得蓬勃发展，面向全球玩家推出了应接不暇的佳作。网易游戏致力于将世界文化元素融入中国游戏，又通过中国游戏将中华文化风采推广给全球玩家，打造了中国游戏产业的高地。我们热切期待，网易游戏能成为“第九艺术”的代表。我们相信，今天网易发布会推出的“游戏无界”正是朝这个方向迈出了坚实的步伐。

　　Netease Games has achieved vigorous development in recent years, and has launched an overwhelming number of masterpieces for players around the world.

　　Netease Games integrates world cultural elements into Chinese games, and promotes Chinese culture to global players through games, creating a highland for the Chinese game industry. We look forward to NetEase Games becoming the representative of the "Ninth Art".

　　We believe that the "Game Unbounded" launched by NetEase today is a solid step in this direction.

　　我要讲的第二点，游戏无界，文明无疆

　　II. Games unbounded, Civilizations unbounded.

　　说到这里，不得不提到万众期待的《燕云十六声》。我很期待稍后游戏制作人Beralt, 以及培高德先生围绕这部作品开展跨文化交流的讨论。今天跟我来一起参加活动的张希女士很早就预约了这款游戏。她说，这款游戏最吸引她的就是，没有“联盟与部落”之分，没有“战士与法师”之别。这就好比我们超越文明的隔阂，相互学习，共同发展。游戏无界，文明无疆。

　　Speaking of which, we have to mention the long-awaited "Sixteen Tones of Yanyun". I am looking forward to the discussion of cross-cultural communication by the game producer Mr. Beralt and Mr.Eberspächer later on. Ms. Zhang Xi, who came with me to participate in the event today, booked this game very early. What attracted her most to the game, she said, was that there was no distinction between "Alliance and Horde," or "Warrior and Mage." This is like we transcend the barriers of civilization, learn from each other and develop together. The game has no boundaries, and the civilization has no boundaries.

　　我要讲的第三点，充分挖掘游戏行业的机会。

　　III.Exploring opportunities

　　正如刚才提到的几款网易游戏，从设计理念、技术应用、制作和运营团队交流，到主动开拓国外市场，着眼海外玩家推动游戏作品本地化，乃至今年再次参加科隆游戏展，都是通过主动开拓国际市场、国际合作与文化交流将网易游戏推向高峰。

　　the several Netease games mentioned just now, from the design concept, technology application, production and operation team communication, to actively exploring foreign markets, focusing on overseas players to promoting the localization of game works, and even participating in the Cologne Gamescom again this year,

　　One thing in commen: they have pushed Netease games to a peak all through active exploring the foreign market, international cooperation and cultural exchanges .

　　我高兴地看到，包括网易在内的越来越多的中国游戏企业正在探索与世界各国开展更多技术创新合作的机会。

　　I am pleased to see that a growing number of game companies from China, including netease, are exploring opportunities to carry out more cooperation with the rest of the world on technology and innovation.

　　展望未来，我相信未来中国游戏产业将抓住开放成果机遇，拓展视野，探索新途径，推动双方创新合作迈上新台阶。

　　Looking forward, I am confident that in the future the game industry in China would seize the opportunities of the outcomes of opening up to expand our vision and explore new ways to bring the innovation cooperation to a new level.
